PC Spark (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides computer repair and related services. Our principal place of business is in Bremerton, Washington.

1. Scope

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information from prospective and current customers. This includes information we receive from third‑party platforms, and information you provide directly through our website, forms, phone, text, or email.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact Details: Name, phone number, email address, service address (if provided).
  • Lead Details: Job description, device information, preferred times, and messages submitted via forms.
  • Source Data: The platform you used to find us (e.g. Google, Thumbtack).
  • Communications: Messages exchanged via phone, text, email, or platform chat.
  • Metadata: Timestamps, internal IDs, and status updates in our CRM.

Note: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

3. How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, schedule and deliver services.
  • Maintain customer records (CRM), invoices, and work notes.
  • Send service updates and (with your consent) marketing messages.
  • Improve service quality, troubleshooting, and training.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising.

4. Sharing of Information

We share information only with:

  • Service Providers: Tools we use to run our business (e.g., Google Workspace, email/SMS providers, payment processors).
  • Platforms: If you contacted us via a third-party platform, we communicate within that platform as required by their terms.
  • Legal: If required by law, to protect rights, property, or safety.

5. Retention & Security

We keep customer and job records for as long as reasonably necessary for service, accounting, and legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we must keep it to meet legal or contractual obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Choices

  • Access/Delete: You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing us.
  • Opt-Out: To stop marketing texts, reply STOP. For emails, use the unsubscribe link.
  • Platform Settings: If you contacted us through a platform (like Thumbtack), you can also manage privacy settings directly with them.

7. International Users

Our services are operated in the United States. If you use our services from another region, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S.
