Lead details: job description, device information, preferred times, and any messages.

Source: the platform you used

Communications: messages with us by phone, text, email, or platform chat.

Basic analytics/metadata: timestamps, internal IDs, and status updates in our CRM.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Respond to inquiries, provide quotes, schedule and deliver services.

Maintain our customer records (CRM), invoices, and work notes.

We keep customer and job records for as long as reasonably necessary for service, accounting, and legal purposes. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we must keep it to meet legal or contractual obligations.

To stop marketing texts, reply STOP. For emails, use the unsubscribe link or email us.

If you contacted us through any platform, you can also manage privacy settings with that platform directly.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

International users

Our services are operated in the United States. If you use our services from another region, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S.
