1. Agreement

By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from PCSpark (“we,” “us”), you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide computer repair and related services (onsite, remote, or in‑shop). We may provide estimates or quotes based on the information you give us. Actual charges may vary if requirements change.

3. Appointments & Access

You agree to provide timely access to equipment, accounts, passwords, and a safe work environment as needed. Missed or late‑cancellation appointments may incur a fee.

4. Customer Data & Backups

You are responsible for backing up your data before service. We take reasonable care but are not liable for data loss, corruption, or recovery costs. If you authorize us to back up data, you agree that backup success is not guaranteed.

5. Communications

You consent to receive communications about your service (calls, texts, emails). You can opt out of marketing messages at any time (reply STOP to texts or use email unsubscribe).

6. Pricing & Payment

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion. We may require a deposit for parts or special orders. Late or returned payments may incur fees.

7. Warranty & Remedies

We warrant our labor for 30 days for the same issue on the same device. This warranty excludes software conflicts, malware re‑infection, user‑caused damage, vendor outages, or issues outside our control. Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Your exclusive remedy is re‑performance of the service or a refund for the affected portion, at our discretion.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Third‑Party Platforms & Software

We may communicate with you through platforms and may install or use third‑party software or parts as needed. Those third parties’ terms and privacy policies apply to their products and platforms.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a job at any time. You agree to pay for work performed and any non‑returnable parts ordered before termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Venue is appropriate in the state or federal courts located in Kitsap County, Washington.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
