1 Agreement

By requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from PC Spark (“we,” “us”), you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms. This agreement governs all onsite, remote, and in-shop repairs.

2 Services & Estimates

We provide computer repair and related IT services. We may provide estimates or quotes based on the information you give us. Actual charges may vary if the scope of work changes or additional problems are discovered during diagnostics.

3 Appointments & Access

You agree to provide timely access to your equipment, accounts, passwords, and a safe work environment. Missed appointments or late cancellations (without 24-hour notice) may incur a cancellation fee.

4 Customer Data & Backups

Important: You are responsible for backing up your data before service. While we take every precaution to protect your files, PC Spark is not liable for data loss, corruption, or recovery costs. If you authorize us to perform a backup, you agree that backup success is not guaranteed due to the nature of failing hardware.

5 Communications

You consent to receive communications about your service via calls, texts, or emails. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to texts or using the unsubscribe link in emails.

6 Pricing & Payment

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payment is due upon completion of service. We may require a deposit for special-order parts. Late or returned payments may incur additional fees.

7 Warranty & Remedies

30-Day Labor Guarantee: We warrant our labor for 30 days for the specific issue we repaired on the same device. If the issue returns, we fix it for free.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover new software conflicts, malware re-infection, user-caused damage (drops/spills), internet outages, or issues outside our control. Parts are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty.

8 Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9 Third-Party Software

We may use third-party software (e.g., diagnostic tools, remote access) to perform repairs. Those third parties’ terms and privacy policies apply to their specific products.

10 Termination

Either party may terminate a job at any time. You agree to pay for any labor already performed and any non-returnable parts ordered prior to termination.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Venue is appropriate in the state or federal courts located in Kitsap County, Washington.

12 Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top indicates the latest revision. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
