Terms & Conditions
1. Rate & Billing
• Remote support is billed at USD $199 per hour.
• The first hour is prepaid and becomes non-refundable once the scheduled start time arrives.
• If the session runs past 60 minutes, an additional $199 hour is charged immediately.
• Unused minutes from that second (or later) hour roll over for up to one year.
2. Payment Authorization
By clicking “Confirm & Pay” you authorize PC Spark (and its payment processor) to charge:
• the first $199 hour now, and
• each additional $199 hour the moment overage occurs.
Your card statement will read “PC Spark, Bremerton WA.”
3. No-Show & Late Policy
• Arriving 10 minutes late or more counts as a no-show; the prepaid hour is forfeited.
• Rescheduling within 12 hours of start time is treated as a new booking and requires new payment.
4. Best-Effort Service—No Guaranteed Fix
We use industry-standard diagnostics but can’t promise every problem will be resolved. You confirm you have current backups and agree PC Spark isn’t liable for data loss.
5. Remote Access Consent
You grant PC Spark permission to view, control, and transfer files on your device solely for troubleshooting. You’ll explicitly approve the connection by entering a code or clicking an emailed link, and you may revoke control at any time.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback after service delivery violates this agreement. We supply session logs, screen recordings, and these Terms to PayPal or your card issuer as evidence of authorization and work performed.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
